We all have blind spots, aspects of ourselves, our performance or our impact on others of which we are unaware.
You may believe that you are utterly charming and ruthlessly efficient but others may have a very different perspective – and their perspectives may influence the work you get, the resources you have access to, how much control you have over how you approach your work …
And that’s where feedback can be helpful.
We have prepared a very short questionnaire and you can send a link to others from whom you would like to receive feedback. The questionnaire asks them to indicate which areas you should prioritise for development.
[There’s a short video overview of the feedback process at the bottom of this page]
Why not begin by giving yourself some feedback?
Click on the link below to be taken to the questionnaire (you can submit your feedback once).
Click to Enter Your Priorities(For the question on ‘Relationship’, select ‘Other’ and enter ‘Self’.)
To receive feedback from others on your development priorities, copy the text below and email it to the people from whom you want feedback (you can, of course, edit the message and top-and-tail with whatever greeting and sign-off are appropriate for that person.)
I am taking a short course on ‘Achieving Excellence’ and I would really appreciate your thoughts on which areas I should prioritise for my development.
Please use the link below to provide feedback

Thanks in anticipation!
